Responsibilities :
Contribute across all phases of Avanade projects (e.g. Plan, Analyses, Design, Build and Test)
Leverage technical expertise to Design and Implement CRM solutions
Liaise effectively between customers, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues
Research customer issues that may be non-standard to offer solutions
Technical design and solution development
Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Assist in sales activities and planning as required
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
5-8 years of project management and related experience
Experience with CRM or another business management software (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Excellent analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
