CRM Consultant

Responsibilities :

  • Contribute across all phases of Avanade projects (e.g. Plan, Analyses, Design, Build and Test)
  • Leverage technical expertise to Design and Implement CRM solutions
  • Liaise effectively between customers, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues
  • Research customer issues that may be non-standard to offer solutions
  • Technical design and solution development
  • Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Assist in sales activities and planning as required
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of project management and related experience
  • Experience with CRM or another business management software (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
